TuxFarm.com strives to give you the best value possible with its services.  With the exception of scheduled server maintenance we guarantee a 99% up time for our servers.  However please note that this guarantee does not extend to a server's hosted Virtual Private Servers.  Each subscriber is responsible for their own VPS and TuxFarm.com cannot be held responsible for VPS downtime caused by mismanagement.

TuxFarm.com services may only be used for lawful purposes.  Subscribers are solely responsible for the content they make available and must not violate any Federal, State or Local Laws.

TuxFarm.com is under no obligation to examine the content made available by its subscribers.  However as a subscriber, you hereby acknowledge that TuxFarm.com and its representatives reserve the right at its sole discretion to edit, remove or deny access to any content deemed undesirable.  Pornography and sex-related merchandising are prohibited.

TuxFarm.com will fully cooperate with Law Enforcement Authorities investigating violations of network security.  Services offered by TuxFarm.com may not be used for Spamming, Hacking, Phreaking or attacking other systems.  These types of activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

Currently IRC servers are not allowed on TuxFarm.com systems.
